pgconsultus.com are trading names of PG Consultus FZE, registered in UAE (Trade license number 14847/2019) located at PG Consultus FZE, P.O.Box 211882, Dubai, United Arab Emirates. In this privacy policy any use of the words “we”, “us” and “our” relates to our company.

For the purposes of data protection law, PG Consultus FZE is the data controller for reachgroup360.com, and this means we can decide how and in what way your data is processed. How we collect personal data

You are not required to create an account or directly share any personal information to use our site. However, if you agreed to our cookie policy, we do collect some information automatically. At your discretion, you may also choose to share personal information with us, when you contact us.

What personal data do we collect?

As per our Terms of Use, site users are required to be over the age of eighteen (18). If you are under eighteen (18) please do not use our site, and ask your guardian to contact us if you think we may have inadvertently collected your information.

As such, we operate within the strict information security procedures (documented in our security policies), which are designed to appropriately protect your personal data from lost or misuse.

It is often necessary for us to transfer personal data outside of the United Kingdom or European Union, for instance to service partners in Dubai, United Arab Emirates.
